A Distributor can chose of many levels and types of service regarding own strategy.
Microtechnologics BV offers their distributors maximum support. We can offer many levels of service in the support of
the TraxFast Asset Tracking System. We will provide the best level of service according to your specifications and
available resources in creating a successful local implementation, support, and on going maintenance of TraxFast. We
do this in a very close working-together with the local distributor and eTeklogics.
Please review these program services below:
TraxFast Off the Shelf – your Customer can purchase the hardware and TraxFast software with no setup or
consulting support. Customer is responsible for the system setup and the complete asset tagging process.
TraxFast Comprehensive – your Customer can purchase the TraxFast software with setup and consulting support.
You will invoice the customer time and material spent and this process could include onsite support. The customer
will allocate the appropriate personnel to work with your on site consultant.
TraxFast Onsite Service - Let you perform the asset tagging process using eTeklogics hardware and software and
you will provide the customer with all the data, reports, and labels. You will invoice on per tag basis using teams of
your own personnel. One person will be the tagger and the other an asset administrator, the project is supervised by
your Project Manager and ensure at least 98% data accuracy.
TraxFast Rental Program - If your customer does not wish to purchase a PDA, you can rent the PDA hardware for
your inventory and tagging of assets on a daily or weekly rental program.
TraxFast Leasing - you also can offer a complete leasing program, which will include consulting time and materials,
hardware, and the TraxFast Asset Tracking System.
TraxFast Combination - Chose any of the above programs for your successful acquisition and implementation of
TraxFast.
TraxFast Maintenance - Besides our annual software support offerings you can extend the warranty of your PDA
hardware, including your desktop, monitor, and CPU.
We want to make sure you and your customers have the best choices for support and service to fit their
requirements.
Customer Support
TraxFast Standard Support
A 30 day subscription to Standard Support is included with your purchase of TraxFast . It provides support via email
and telephone for 30 days.
TraxFast Maintenance Plan
The Maintenance Plan offers quicker response times to your questions, direct access technical support technicians,
plus maintenance releases and full version upgrades FREE of charge for one full year. The Maintenance Plan offers
you these benefits:
Priority Support. With Priority Support members are automatically moved to the front of the queue in terms of
access to second level support resources -- both by phone and email. What that means to you is fast answers when
you need them most. Plus, extended hours are available for Priority Support customers.
Free Full Version Upgrades
During the time you are active on the Maintenance Plan you will receive the latest upgrades and new releases free of
charge. You will be sent notifications of release and upgrade availability and be able to download from your customer
web page at your convenience.
